El Establecimiento Adán & Eva se compone en total de 138 hectáreas de las cuales 60 de ellas se encuentran en la parte continental y 78 hectáreas corresponden a la isla Nº 52, separadas por un brazo del Río Negro y unidas por un puente.

Las 60 hectáreas “continentales” tienen plantadas 38 has. con viñedos (sector identificado en el mapa como CC1), 12 ha. en blanco divididas en dos sectores: el ubicado al Sur identificado como CC2 y el ubicado al norte identificado como CC3, ambos aptos para la forestación y en el resto hay galpones, viviendas y caminos (de este lote existen escrituras y títulos en perfecto orden.

De las 78 has. de la Isla Nº 52, 40 has. están emparejada, con todas las obras de riego en perfectas condiciones, un vivero con 40.000 podos de álamos híbridos y un galpón con vivienda. De este lote se posee la escritura publica.

Las 38 has. restantes son de tenencia, otorgadas por la Dirección de Tierras de la Provincia de Río Negro, es terreno virgen que exige, por su configuración, poco gasto de emparejamiento. Por disposición reciente del Gobierno de la Provincia, se podrán escriturar a la brevedad. La isla es apta para cultivos orgánicos pues no ha tenido tratamientos químicos de ningún tipo.

Adan & Eva has a total of 138 hectares of which 60 are on the contienental side and 78 on an island registered as "Island Nº52", separeted by an arm of the Rio Negro and united by a bridge.

Of the 60 continental hectares, 38 are planted with vineyards (this area is identificated in the map as CC1). Another 12 has. are divided into two areas, the one to the South (CC2) and the one to the North (CC3), both suited for forestation. Besides this there are sheds, houses and roads. We hold the escrow and titlesfor all thi land.

Of t he 78 has. of islands 52, 40 has. belong to an old farm that was abandoned, the land is leveled, with all the irrigation system in perfect condition and a shed with houses (there is a public escrow for this land).

The other 38 has. were given buy the Government through the Direccion de Tierras de la Provincia de Rio Negro, and it´s a virgen field that demands, because of it´s configuration, an small amount of money for it´s leveling. By a new disposition of the Goberment we will be able to escrow soon. The island is suitable for organic cultivation since no chemicals have been used there ever.
